Our water vapor capture pump, also referred to as a fast-cycle water vapor cryogenic pump, is equipped with refrigeration coils that can reach temperatures below -120°C. The coils are installed inside the vacuum chamber or at the inlet of the oil diffusion pump. Relying on the low-temperature condensation effect on their surfaces, they rapidly trap residual gas within the vacuum system.

This greatly reduces vacuum pumping time (cutting pumping duration by 60% to 90%) and delivers a high-cleanliness vacuum environment.
