The gaseous nitrogen temperature control unit adopts gaseous nitrogen as the circulating medium. It realizes the cooling, heating and constant temperature regulation of gaseous nitrogen through liquid nitrogen refrigeration and electric heater heating. It can accurately create high or low temperature environments and achieve fixed-point adjustment and precise control of circulating gaseous nitrogen temperature within the specified range.
Temperature Control Range: -180.0℃ ~ +180.0℃
Temperature Change Rate: ≥ 3.0 ℃/min (-120℃ ~ +120℃)
Temperature Accuracy: ≤ ±1.0 ℃ (steady state)
Cold Sink Temperature Uniformity: ±2.0 ℃ (-120℃ ~ +120℃)
Ultimate Vacuum: Better than 8×10−5 Pa at room temperature under no-load condition
Pressure control function for low-pressure tests
