Wide low-pressure range: Continuous pressure control from atmospheric pressure down to 5.0 mbar. Customizable range available from atmospheric pressure to 1 Pa with continuous adjustable pressure, meeting the requirements of low-pressure discharge tests.
Synchronous variation: Synchronous change of low pressure and temperature with customizable rate.
Product air supply: Air supply for heat-generating devices under test (DUT) inside the chamber is available, with adjustable airflow rate. The supply air temperature can be adjusted on demand.
Controllable pressure: Under the test condition of supplying air to heat-generating products in the chamber, the pumping speed of the pump unit is continuously regulated to realize precise control of the preset low pressure (altitude) inside the chamber.
Stable environment: Accurate background temperature control is maintained during low-pressure (altitude) tests with air supply, ensuring a constant temperature field.
